Turns out, yesterday’s post about the exploratory interview was all my fault — the cause of the interview at least. Apparently, I’ve been set up with an exploratory interview for Friday morning. My manager wants me to have career growth opportunities and my current area has a lot of tenured employees that make it harder for me to advance.
